About NobleVerge
NobleVerge is a North Carolina-based startup developing a digital platform designed to help adults aged 50 and older discover local businesses, discounts, savings opportunities, activities, and community resources.
NobleVerge is currently in the prelaunch and development stage. The app is not yet available to the public.
This Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through our website, https://nobleverge.com, is collected, used, stored, and protected.
1. Information we collect
Early-access registration requests an email address and optionally a first name. Business interest forms request a business name, contact name, business email and may include phone number, website or social page, category, city or service area, advertising interests, discount details and eligibility age, promotional codes, offer restrictions and dates, and other information applicants submit. We also receive your form consent selections. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, device/browser information, and technical request logs.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, payment card numbers, or medical information through these forms.
2. How we use information
- Manage early-access registrations and review North Carolina business interest submissions.
- Respond to inquiries, verify business-submitted information, and communicate about requested opportunities.
- Send launch news, business discoveries, discounts, activities, and community updates to registrants who agree to receive these emails.
- Maintain website operations, investigate misuse, safeguard systems, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Email choices
Early-access registrants may separately choose whether to receive NobleVerge promotional email updates; consent is optional. You can withdraw from promotional communications by contacting [email protected] or using an unsubscribe option provided in marketing emails. We will process opt-out requests as required by applicable law. Business-application contact consent is used for responding to the application, not automatic enrollment in the early-access marketing list.
4. We do not sell personal information
NobleVerge does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not provide subscriber names, email addresses, phone numbers, or registration lists to participating businesses or advertisers for their independent marketing unless the individual specifically authorizes that sharing.
5. Limited sharing and service providers
We use website hosting, form processing, and email services, including Cloudflare, to operate the site and deliver submissions to our business email inbox. These providers may process information to perform their services. We may also disclose information to professional advisers when appropriate, with your permission, or where required by law or reasonably necessary to address security incidents, legal claims, or suspected fraud. These disclosures are not sales of subscriber lists.
6. Where form information is kept
At present, registration and business application submissions are delivered to and stored in our business email inbox. We do not currently maintain a separate subscriber spreadsheet, customer database, or external email marketing list for these submissions. Hosting, transmission, and email providers may retain operational records under their own practices.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to manage registrations and applications, provide communications, operate our services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of information when no longer needed. Records may be preserved when necessary for a legal claim, investigation, or other legal obligation. We do not promise that all copies, including provider backups or required records, can be deleted immediately.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate to our operations to safeguard information. No website or email transmission is completely secure. We will evaluate and address security incidents under applicable law, including relevant North Carolina data-security and breach-notification requirements.
9. Your requests
You may email [email protected] to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or unsubscribe. We may verify requests and retain information where legally required or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
10. Cookies and technical data
The website's hosting and security services may use technical information or essential technologies needed to provide and protect the site. We do not currently represent that the website operates a behavioral advertising or third-party analytics program. If we add analytics, advertising tracking, or other optional technologies, we will review and update this notice as appropriate.
11. Other websites and businesses
Independent businesses and websites linked from NobleVerge may have their own privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information directly with them.
12. Audience and service area
NobleVerge is intended primarily for adults ages 50 and older throughout North Carolina. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit their information. Our current service area does not include other states.
13. Updates
We may update this notice as our operations change. We will post the revised notice with its effective date and provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by law.
